Yes. We are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Every service is available in both languages — Se Habla Español. You never need to bring a translator or worry about communication barriers.
You must bring a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID — such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. You must appear in person before our notary at the time of signing. Bring the document you need notarized, unsigned — you sign it in front of the notary.
Most title transfers are completed in 30 minutes or less while you wait. The timeline depends on the completeness of your documentation. We'll tell you exactly what you need when you call or walk in.

Standard LLC filings through the Texas Secretary of State typically take 3–5 business days. Expedited same-day or 24-hour filings are available for an additional state fee. We file on your behalf and notify you once your LLC is officially formed.
An apostille is an official certification that makes a U.S. document legally recognized in foreign countries that are members of the Hague Convention — including Mexico, most of Latin America, and much of Europe. If you're sending a birth certificate, diploma, power of attorney, or other document abroad, you likely need one. We prepare your documents and submit them to the Texas Secretary of State for apostille certification.
